Abstract:

Many view companies, organizations, and other groups as hierarchical; however, the social graphs are more complex networks of workflows and relationships.  Networking mapping allows for a visual interpretation of workflow, relationships, sharing of resources, and department connectivity.  Capturing networks in this way allows for a review of actual social capital and presents an opportunity to develop potential social capital.  Through leveraging the knowledge acquired from network mapping you can implement networking weaving internally and externally for personal and business development.
