- The Membership Roster is the combined list of both Associate Members and Members.
- To ensure the accuracy of all contact and demographic information, all Members and Associate Members are required to renew prior to the end of their Membership Year.
- If a Member does not renew prior to the renewal deadline, he or she will be downgraded to an Associate Member.

- As required as part of the DC ACM’s annual report, a copy of the Membership Roster will be provided to and maintained with ACM throughout the fiscal year.
